Lauren Browne

Founder & owner

Lauren Browne is a 3rd generation new home builder. With over 20 years experience, she founded Grace & Nell Homes to elevate the client experience of homeownership whether building new or remodeling an existing home. 

Prior to starting Grace & Nell Homes, Lauren served as Chief Operating Officer for one of Kansas City's largest home builders overseeing multiple communities. Her career journey also includes time as a Client Partner in healthcare IT leading large scale clinical and technical teams in developing cutting edge solutions for multi-billion dollar health systems.

Lauren, her husband Peter, and two children are proud to call Kansas City home.
